"Day Of" event coordination is for couples who have already planned their wedding but need a little extra assistance on the day of their event.

10 Hours of coordination minimum.
​SERVICES INCLUDE:

1 "In-person" meeting prior to your event.

Unlimited texts and emails.

Manage your timeline (or create one if needed)

Decor setup and breakdown. (arches, table favors, pictures...etc.)

Vendor check-in and payments to vendors.

Ceremony coordination if needed.

Accept delivery (at venue) from bakeries and florists.

Assist DJ with all formalities.

Direct and inform guests as to timeline, gift table, cards...etc.

Assist bride and wedding party with any last minute needs or emergencies.
