• "Day Of" event coordination is for couples who have already planned their wedding but need a little extra assistance on the day of their event.

• 10 Hours of coordination minimum.

​SERVICES INCLUDE:

• 1 "In-person" meeting prior to your event.

• Unlimited texts and emails.

• Manage your timeline (or create one if needed)

• Decor setup and breakdown. (arches, table favors, pictures...etc.)

• Vendor check-in and payments to vendors.

• Ceremony coordination if needed.

• Accept delivery (at venue) from bakeries and florists.

• Assist DJ with all formalities.

• Direct and inform guests as to timeline, gift table, cards...etc.

• Assist bride and wedding party with any last minute needs or emergencies.
